About Identity-Aligned Branding
When I first started working with leaders on their brands, the conversations were usually about websites, visuals and building better funnels. Over time, I ended up working with some truly sharp, values-driven leaders on their trickiest challenges.
And I loved doing it!
But during those years, I realized that even tricky ads or funnel problems often had straightforward solutions. What was really complicated and messy, though: helping leaders show up in a way that matched who they had become, and the kind of work they actually wanted to be doing.
They were speaking on bigger stages. Signing bigger clients. Leading more complex work. But the way they talked about their work? The way their brand positioned them? Still sounded like someone playing smaller than they actually were.
And that misalignment wasn’t just cosmetic:
- It was costing them resonance — the ability to connect with the right people, in the right rooms.
- It was costing them momentum — hours lost rewriting their own bio or offer description, still unsure how to tell the story that actually comes from within.

If you eventually work with a designer or rebrand studio, you’ll walk in knowing what actually needs to be expressed — not just what needs to look better.

This session is not a copywriting class — but it will make writing easier. When your message is rooted in clarity about who you are now and what you’re really here to lead, the words start coming from a more grounded place.
