Meet Radu.
Entrepreneur, Process Designer, Strategy Consultant.
With over 15 years of hands on experience working in various environments, I transitioned from corporate world to entrepreneurship. During this period I developed a strong background in finance, technology, and marketing systems.
In 2014 I got hired to provide my services as project manager for one of the worlds top 10 oil & gas companies. Being in charge of implementing the country wide SAP ERP system, I leveraged my expertise in process flow design and optimisation.
In between the two projects described above, I co-founded my first business (2013) – Cheerup – a bootstrapped start-up that gave the opportunity to test the ins and outs of business growth.
My journey as an entrepreneur began here. Together with the team we discovered first hand the benefits and power of constant process improvement. Having a client service business might sound tough, but once you find the right formula, things fall into place and the experience becomes rewarding – and that’s exactly where Flowtimize will help you arrive.
By the way, when I’m not working with my clients, you can find me exploring new places and traveling to foreign countries to taste the local foods.
